Leah offers therapy that is goal oriented, tailored to the individual or group, and effective. Therapy can produce incremental progress over time, and she enjoys working in a therapeutic alliance focused on goals, healing, growth, and strengthening sense of self. Leah approaches therapy with reverence, neuroscience, and a dose of humor and creativity.
Leah enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and backgrounds. She has experience working with anxiety, grief, depression, anger, stress, life transitions, and trauma. Leah is trained in EMDR and is experienced in facilitating group therapy. She has a special interest working with individuals who are neurodivergent or on the Autism Spectrum.
Leah enjoys meeting clients where they currently are, from a holistic and strengths-based approach. She seeks to provide a supportive, validating experience, while also cultivating healing and growth. Life can be difficult, and at some point everyone will need a therapist. Leah would be honored to accompany you on this part of your journey.
